Frequently Asked Questions
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Sure! You can cancel (which is basically the same as pausing) your subscription at any time from the My Subscriptions tab in your Account Dashboard. If you do, you will have access to your classes until the end of your current billing cycle.
Can I renew my subscription after I've cancelled?
Yep! Simply click "Renew" on the subscription plan in the My Subscriptions tab and it will pick back up at the same billing date, price, and cadence as before.
Can I get a refund for my subscription?
Unfortunately, no, not at this time. But you can cancel or pause at any time.
What happens to individual class(es) or bundle(s) I've purchased?
You retain access to any classes or bundles you've purchased individually, whether you're subscribed or not.
