Below is a list of tools you may need for this class along with links to purchase online. Of course, if you have a local restaurant supply store, feel free to check there as well!
- Stand Mixer (such as KitchenAid) with paddle attachment – 6 Qt. Professional Version OR 5 Qt. Tilt-Head Version
- Dishers aka Cookie Scoops – Size 20 and Size 30
- 2 x 9" Cake Pans – classic round or springform
- Cake Turntable or Lazy Susan
- Medium Offset Spatula
- Fine Mesh Sieve
- Parchment Paper
- Small Cambro container or similar (for freezing ice cream) – not shown in video
- Wooden skewers (or cake testers)
- Spouted glass measuring cup (or ladle)
- Heatproof rubber spatula
